Friendly, curious for new experiences, adventurous to try new things, a peoples person, community focused, keen to discover new food, knowledge, places, people, history, culture.
Describe your role in 10 words or less:
My role is to provide Kimberley Quest guests with the best culinary experience onboard that I can provide, with quality ingredients and local produce. Also exploring new tastes and flavours and the freshest seafood we can catch on a our travels across the Kimberley coast.
What is your favourite aspect of your job?
Guest interaction, guest satisfaction, working with a diverse and fun crew, exploring the Kimberley by sea and working with amazing produce from the Kimberley coastline.
Your favourite activity and why?
Starting the day watching a beautiful sunrise over the Kimberley coast. It's a sort of reset and recharge for the day ahead.
What is your favourite icon in the Kimberley?
Mitchell Falls.
Your favourite time of the year and why?
Winters in the Kimberley are amazing. Warm sunny days and cool nights.
Your favourite meal on board?
Breakfast is my favourite meal.
What are your favourite hobbies to do when you are on your time off?
I like to volunteer with local communities. Mainly focusing on my skills of cooking and growing food.
